Notes & Comments

Bromham 10K. Freezing fog but footing OK. Ran OK, bit of a lull around 3.5 to 6k but pulled it together to retake a couple of runners. Also bad stomach from 9k on. about 20s slower than last year but have had a poor November preparation and little speedwork/tempo.
