hannkies Ran fairly well after an injury lay off, felt fairly competitive and really enjoyed this well organised race from Bella Harriers. 15th overall and 1st in my age group so really quite happy with this.

Quadbarrel Great atmosphere, and an excellent course. Didn't expect to be so close to my PB again after the Men's Health last week, but ended up only 5 seconds out. Too fast on the first lap, and the last 2k were a real struggle. Happy with 29th overall though.
