About this parkrun
Tarmac and grass, 1 small then 1.5 large laps. Flat for half and undulating the rest. start at the stadium where there is changing and very public shower!

Easy paid for parking in Kings Park with toilets in athletics centre. Mainly flat course around park On mixture of grass and tarmac. Large numbers most weeks meaning Congested in some parts of course.

Back on the B course. One small lap, then two large laps. A mix of tarmac and grass. Nice wide grassy start before joining path after approx 250 m. Plenty of passing opportunities provided everyone obeys the keep left rule!

Parking was free in the car park near King's Park nursery when I visited in April 2023, and it was only a short walk from there to the start. A very smoothly organised event, and a big turn-out, the latter making for a few tight spots in places.
