Dannyboy01 5th time out on this one but did not enjoy it at all. I'll be back in August to put this performance out of mind! Hopefully will be able to put some consistent training in over the next couple of weeks though now before Lostock.

Pllumby Not looking forward to that bl00dy hill... Thought I was taking it easy to protect my dodgy shins but ended up getting within 40 secs of my pb. Makes me wish I pushed myself a bit more... Nice hat and some midget gloves instead of the usual T-Shirt

XB I've done a 51:09, a 51:26 and 53:37 on this course. I reckon 52 mins is do-able. Actually a bit slower cos was talking. Great race though as always.
