Marcus Training patchy lately because of the usual summer interruptions of mountains, heat and injuries - so this was an extended tempo run to test fitness. Arrived at the finish with all bits & pieces intact so feel quite happy, especially with the time which was done without having to actually race!

APC Good race, on the whole well organised, just the odd roundabout where junctions were not marshaled and cars were trying to mow down runners willy nilly. We are R-U-N-N-E-R-S not skittles you numpty! Later on another car pulled out of a side road narrowly (and I mean narrowly) missing more runners. There were a number of shouts of:
