A.C Shocking...started too fast doing the first two miles in 13 mins and never got it back together. Still a great course made better by a big field of runners, just wish I had paced myself.

taulpaul No PB today but no surprises there as this was definitely not flat. i counted 4 major hills with the first one after only 2 miles. still it was scenic - shame the medal was so naff at the finish. deserved more after that race.
