jdc Wow no wonder I felt bad all the way around, i was 26.43 at 3 miles 1 min quicker than last week stomach cramps between miles 2 - 3 again but yet another PB this week by 1 min 15 secs, don't know just how much quicker I can get, but will keep trying. A lovely run in a trafic free enviroment in a lovely country park, the sunset was amazing coming in tothe finish enough to take my mind off the pain.
