sugs Did this race a couple of years ago. Good atmosphere and great for a PB if not windy. Will see how it goes on the day. Ok will try for 47 mins or under depending on conditions. Struggled to get to that - oh my god how difficult was that - the whole plan went down the pan at mile 3. Went off too fast and suffered the later part of the race - still quite pleased with the time - wasnt expecting it at all. Official result was 47.45 - my pb time, although i was put into the 26-35 cat and should have been in the 40-45 cat, whereby would have come 9th.
