About this parkrun

starts on the prom out and back to nearby headland. two laps. meet in large shelter. marcos recommended for coffee. kids can play on sandy beach while you run.

2 laps of a hilly out and back route on the promenade and adjacent path. Flat start, followed by notable climb to the headland. Loop back down and repeat. Some “Gavin & Stacey” locations. On a hot day head straight from finish line into the sea.

Two laps, very scenic with a little bit of elevation. Beautiful in summer. Mostly wide paths nullifies potential busyness on a good weather day. Great volunteer team, good day out afterwards in summer.
