hammerite Forgot my garmin but luckily reserve watch 2 was in my bag and worked fine (although reserve watch 1's battery has gone!). Decided to run how I felt, and felt good pretty much all the way round. Got a stitch after working the hills just before 4 miles just like Bedford 6. Happy with 37.12 though as was hoping for 37.30.

RunningBob Hot and rather hilly. My legs felt like they were still on holiday. I found pacing hard as first race since lonely marathon last month. Nice local race though - very friendly, well organised. Finished 8th 1MV40 I think. Results at http://mcs.open.ac.uk/mkac/The_EMGP.html

felixs Not a pb course as quite undulating/hilly. Horrible run felt very flat from first mile, just about managed to keep going.Lack of carbs and afteraffects off long run at weekend I think.
