Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Bosun Tony Always seem to be offshore when this one comes round, maybe it's a bit soon after FLM but what the hell, i'll enjoy the run whatever the time is: : UPDATE: Great day at the castle, a warm sunny day, course was good and after the big hill it was flat and downhill almost all the way. Nice medal, not much in the goodie bag though. Will def try to do this one again next year. Time was about 46 min I think, not bad considering the 2 K hill

toepointer DNF. Pulled out after 3k. Tore left calf muscle at a track session the day after Grangemouth 10k and kept running since while it healed. Left calf was just about fine but combination of training while injured and using heel raise in left foot meant tore right calf muscle in 2 places 3k into this race and had to pull out and hobble painfully back.
