Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ferdi tried to run this at 9 min/mile as part of a 23 mile training run, but too much downhill and ran too fast. Pleased with time though and managed to do another 10 after, albeit a bit more slowly! Race was well organised and lovely day for a run in the countryside!

Little Stoker Running with a mate doing his first ever half, and we're gonna target sub 1,50 for him. Hot day, on a hilly route with a killer last mile. Ken did great and finished 3 secs ahead of me.

The Flying Fifer Hot day. Buddied a clubmate to her PB. Not bad for her on a day like today!

Tick Tock Tim Garmin time- race time 1:52:33Well orgnised race, not sure they predicted 14 degrees and an east wind! mostly flat and downhill til mile 8 when turned east and into the wind, up hills. Drumsturdy Road between Pitkerro and Kingennie were interesting, Denfind hill was like a war zone. Managed to keep going all the way only stopping for cups of water at 3,6,8.5, 11.5. Good support at finish.
