Jezzer I usually like this race and enjoyed it today. Nice atmosphere, friendly organisation. Think I just sneaked under my previous pb although not sure what my offical time will be. Official time is pb!

M62 Santa 2 days running since knee injury 2 PBs. Beat my Garmin for the first time, even though I couldn't understand the displayed data. Very happy with the time I did. Will go for a sub 22 next time. Thanks very much to the marhalls.

Swimming Is Easier Really pleased with this time as it's a pb and recently I had been feeling like I was running whilst pulling a truck behind me, so thought this might be a slow one! Really nice and friendly, will try and do it each month to see how I'm going!!
