daz1927 Will give it a blast! PB for me too!!! Pushed quite hard to start, and I think broke my 5K PB in the process. Kept it going with quite a strong finish. Well done all! Mr Phil cracking race this one! gentle downhill most of the way, and nice and early to beat the heat. PB!!!!! The longest standing pb gets rewritten!! negative split as well, all of 3 secs, but when you're hot and all that! whoever bet on me - you were mad, but well done!!
