AJPAR Took it easy for the first half to ease the legs in after yesterday's 100 mile bike, then finished strongly. 45th home and 4th for Witham so still scoring! The time is a guess and the distance is what it was last year as I managed to turn the Garmin off after 1 mile!!

Tom Tom Strangely, I garminned this at 4.5 miles exactly today (usually comes up as 4.75ish previous years I've run this one). Don't think I cut too many corners!!;) Pleased with my run though, 5th lady:):):)
