Silvershadow Sep 2017 2:11pm, 29 Sep 2017 1,138 posts	0 Silvershadow Despite taking echinacea religiously I'm off work with sore throat today so have done 20 mins Yin yoga. I need poofier cushions and a softer blankie. It was very gentle I'd recommend it as an alternative bedtime routine.
