Am so sick of sick. We've all had a sicky bug and last night was my turn. another week's LSR sabotaged. this better be good for weight loss !

Its ok RB  HLS it was slow for me but thats what i need at moment, going to try without comp socks on wed/thurs because as soon as i took them off the pain in ankle wasn't as bad.:) no pain now:)

hope everyone who is poorly gets better soon Told you Haddi - I feel much better without the socks for some reason
Just been trying to find some races for JW to do with me that aren't full! Thirsk 10 is too soon for him but sounds like he and Elvis may enter the fun run before hand so we can all do the cake and pub bit at the end. Just ordered my red and yellow fetch top!! Only question now is do I go for a long sleeved or a vest for my other top?
Need to go off and find some shorter races we can get to without getting in the way of Elvis's football training! JW is up for Blackpool half but I have said wait till I have done Brass Monkey before I sign up for any more halfs, if that is okay will be at Blackpool with you guys if I can still get in

they do a lot of swimming dont they! Okay speak later, K only does Tuesday swimming every other Tuesday as I am not rich Tonight is not the night

they do 3 nights a week its only £48 a month which is better than £80 for the dancing lessons they use to have
