I'm getting ready for the Great North.

I have my last hard session tonight (7 miles tempo) then it's just some general and easy running up to the big day;

8 miles on Thurs
4 miles recovery Fri
Core Sat
11 mile LSR Sun
Core Mon
4 miles Tues
4 mile recovery Thur
Core Sat
