I am a yoga teacher and specialise in teaching yoga for runners (I have been featured Runners World a couple of times and in Zest, Health & Fitness and Yoga Magazine.) People don't find it strange for runners to practice yoga, but people DO seem to find it unusual for a yoga teacher to be so into running.

Sometimes these threads go too fast for me to keep up, but feel free to email me with your queries. I'll be teaching some Sunday workshops in London in Feb March and April and teach weekly classes to runners (in London at Triyoga). This is starting to sound like an advert, so I'd better stop. But is it ok to put www.yogaforrunners.co.uk on here? The "resources" page has some good links to articles and products runners might find interesting.

I agree with the comment: Find a teacher and a style that suits you. There are enough of them out there and one man's meat is another's boring vegeratarian rice cake.
