Must admit bit out of practice myself, because of bicep tendonitis in my right shoulder (from cutting down trees with a handsaw) and because of the move...

Today we did something which i cant find in my books so far go down to a squat Stick one leg out to the side.support body with alternate hands and then lif the opposite hand up intio the air.The lean roward and hold onto toes do the same on the other side Doyou know what this is hanneke?

PH, upward facing dog is a backbend, whil in the plank there is no bending going on, it strengthems the upper body and core muscles...
