Cant quite figure it out Hipps, do you hold your leg off the floor sideways? Or on the floor like some sort of a half split in squatting position?

I can't do a class due to childcare but really want to get started. OM recommended a DVD on a thread a while back but I can't find it. Can anyone recommend any good DVDs with proper yoga teachers, rather than the latest Z list celeb?
