Second set of jabs tomorrow for Bella. Anything to consider before/during/after?

That photo does show how shockingly grey she is now. I reckon she'll be all white in a couple of years :-0

I did think Flossie is growing older gracefully from that picture too. Mind you, Wanda is also fairly grey these days.

Nice picture of Flossie!

GG - I’ve never had any bother with vet jabs, but some dogs might be a bit tired (not a bad thing in a pup ;-) ) afterwards. If you don’t get stressed yourself, the vet will probably administer the jab without the dog even noticing. Squirting kennel cough drops up a dogs nose can be a different experience altogether though. I’ve had the Whippet-paw-shaped bruises to confirm!

Can anyone recommend a good toy which will keep a 6 month old Cocker Spaniel busy during the day while I am working? He's in the room next to me, but I think he gets quite bored so I'd like to give him something to keep him occupied.

We have plenty chew toys and squeaky toys for him. We also have a snuffle mat which he hunts for food through, but it doesn't last him long.

Jet has a 'goodwood' chewable stick, recommended by a dog behaviourist to chew on to keep their brains calm. Available online.

Bella enjoying a plastic plant pot (also the cardboard she's ripped to shreds over the last couple of days).

We have those toys for Finn. Finn likes to rip things apart too.

Plastic plant pots are one of our Charlie’s favourites too - he doesn’t mind if they’ve got plants in them so we have to keep a close eye when we bring stuff home from the garden centre.
