Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done on the PBs and SBs :-)

I really enjoyed this. I found it hard running a)in the heat b)on the uneven ground but legs felt fine all the way round - and no blisters :-) Lovely to meet FML, Helen, Puddleduck, Runny Eyes and Hourglass at the start. I ran round with Hourglass and she was fabulous company - seems we run at a similar pace and needed walk breaks at the same time. Perfick. Even if we were last from about 100m after the start :-)

Thanks for the shout Lauchy :-) You were looking good!
Sorry to miss you LotV - sorry you fell over. Hope you heal quickly.

I clocked 13.17 btw.

Oh crikey - is *clocking* something I should check in the Urban Dictionary? You have to be soooo careful these days ;-)
