It's worrying, but won't change my behaviour if it comes in. I can't see the feds coming out to see someone not causing any trouble in a copse.

It's utterly abhorrent in every way. It's only the thin end of the wedge for the outdoorsy with somewhere permanent to live, it's the whole bloody thing put somewhere uncomfortable for travellers, the homeless, protesters...
