I have a feeling it is a different route now ER - or it did change in the last 3 or 4 years. In fact I think it was run in the morning on a Saturday or Sunday one year.. the first year they stopped doing the 'animals' T shirts. I've not done it since then though....will have to give it another go sometime.

Here's a video from last year: bfh.org.uk The course now starts and finishes from High Lodge which means we can offer facilities, we did run it on a Sunday once as a way of dealing with the daylight issues but then decided to move it back closer to midsummer. Maybe we'll bring the t-shirt back one day..... but it won't be this year. |

Yes parking will be free (from 6.00pm) for the race any issues with exiting the site before the start time (ie, emergency or drop offs only) come and find me.
