Ideally loops or out and back. It's a Leicestershire Road Running League (LRRL) race but with it being virtual you don't have to be a member of any Leicestershire running club or any club for that matter.

Tried running in heart rate zone 3 but was too cautious and ran at the bottom of the zone whereas really should have run mid to upper zone 3. Ah well, I'll call it a training session 😊
