Have covered most of the lanes around where we're staying in appx 25 miles of runs, I'm 74 - 86 down. Bike commuting = easy hoovering. I got back from my bike ride to Mr HB apologetically feeling me he'd dropped the lap top and it had landed on the ANT stick which was now bent. It's the only way I can download my garmin and sure enough when I tried it was kaputt. Fortunately for marital harmony I found a spare one in my box of assorted garmin bits. It was touch and go for a short hike though!
