Well that was an afternoon of running. Square captured is now 150!! A couple of squares I thought were out of bounds I got as a new nature reserve has been made, but a couple I’ve been short on getting but I’ll know for another time.
It was like a trip down memory lane the nature reserve is now in fields we played in as kids although the access I needed to another road had been closed. A longer way round to get there and I was short but from there I picked up some woodland trails I’ve not been fully in since childhood. Then another area I was reminded of my early teens where I used to hang out with friends and the hill I used to scramble motorbikes one with my the boyfriends brother. I did have to go around an estate where my now ex in-laws lived I won’t lie I felt sick but I ran fast so even if they do still live there I don’t think they saw me
The weather turned and I was soaking and the fells were extremely muddy so I opted to just head home. The rest for another day/week. 14miles done and dusted.
