Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I haven't been looking for the last 10 years and no-one has appeared so maybe it's time to be a tiny bit more pro-active...

True what you say about distance WP. I struggled with handling a relationship with someone who lived the other side of London - hardly what you'd call long distance. Altho' that said public transport in London is so dire it might as well have been hundreds of miles!!

I have had a relationship 50 miles away and to be honest due to work and training it never worked !!
A lot of friends have used the dating site suggested and hooked up with nice guys and 1 or 2 have got married...but all depends how you feel about it.

YP1....yes think you do need to look a little bit:-)

Rather amusingly I've just been contacted by someone from gothicmatch.com. The email was abysmal, I've rarely seen such bad spelling and grammar. I even mentioned in my profile on there that I am pernickety about such things. Perhaps his reading isn't up to much either!

If I were looking (and I'm not really):-
Fit (in both respects)
Into rock/goth music and fashion
Decent spelling and grammar
Living in or near Nottingham
Good at housework ;)

One of my mates married someone she met on a dating website, so I have started to believe it might work, but have never really felt the urge to get started.
