Oh no Meg! That is a tad too eventful perhaps, but... Nothing like a stint in a&e to find out about someone's character! How they cope with adversity is aleays good to know!
Jangles: woop! Keep us up to date 
I just got completely soaked riding my bike for 3 miles home from the garage and my 'dodgy' arm started tingling already, I definitely made the right call not to go away. Prepared more medicine for my sick chickens, which I give them in their water daily, so another reason not to leave! There seems to be a modest improvement.
Now about to do chores like the dishes, hoovering, washing, tidying, while I wait for the van to be sorted. Then off to do some gardening in the rain: training and pruning climbing roses onto a new balcony! Then weed, made easy by the recent rain. Got to do it, need the money!
At least my nearly empty water reservoirs are filling up nicely, and I will be sowing seeds!

OMG Meglet. I'm glad you could both laugh in the end. Poor chap. I take it the car who cut him up stopped?
... and Jangles - ooh, you femme fatale. I wonder if the fellow Fetchie is lurking?
Hann - I will defo pop over to see you soon. We can do our arm rehab stretches together and commiserate. I am already "under" a herbalist for strengthening mine.

Yes the driver stopped and the police have taken details. Though the driver tried to spin a take then the police were saying they didn’t know who to believe. I can’t see how anybody could believe it wasn’t the drivers fault.
I’ve had some messages from him today, he’s managing ok it seems. Left handed and it was his left arm.
