One of many reasons why I no longer shop at Curry's or any of their franchises.

They refused to refund or even part-ex a laptop we'd bought that transpired had a hard drive so small that system updates could not be completed without buying an external hard drive to support it. That was our final straw. We now get Curry's-style stuff from AO, who have been excellent.
