I got some Adidas Adizero Boston shoes with some Start Fitness vouchers I had. Have to say - did parkrun in them and then straight to a 15.5m run today and they were great - very comfy and springy but lightweight too.

Adidas Women's Supernova Tee - AW14 Semi Solar Red. But I appear to have ordered the wrong size 😥 and it's more orange than red.
Ordered it from wiggle, so at least there's the wee bag of haribo to make up for it!

Winded
I got a Tayogo mp3 player for the pool.
I saw someone with one the other day and chatted about it.
It was about £25 which tempted me, I can report that it is waterproof and sits nicely on the back of my head but the earbud things fall out in the water. It comes with two sizes of earbud for use in water and I tried with the smaller ones first so perhaps they will stay in with bigger ones. If not then I'll use it for running in the rain to keep my iPod shuffle dry.

Nike Zoom Structure 17 shoes - in a rather bright lime green (the perils of buying on-line) - Shall take them to Lanzarote next week to break them in with a few short runs prior them becoming my shoe of choice for the London Marathon
