The purée won’t be wasted, I’ll use it in a chilli or something, but when I’m paying £1.29 a can for tomatoes (corner shop price) I expect it to be crammed full of tomatoes.

Once I’d swept those up I put some in the cat’s bowl which I then dropped as I went to place it on her mat. More sweeping. I then spilt my water on the way upstairs.
