Porcupines can climb trees. This knowledge comes from "Pointless". Where, in a round of "name the tree climbing animal"; given a picture of a goat on top of a tree, and the clue "_O_T", eleven people from a hundred failed to identify the animal correctly.

(oddly, we were talking about tree climbing goats yesterday. Two of my sons were recalling seeing them when we were on holiday in North Africa years ago. A disconcerting sight at first)
