57.5 Days of Xmas
I managed one race this year. That needs to improve! 2000 run, 2000 bike and 500 walking miles was a good target this year so I'm repeating that. Sub 19 parkrun would be nice. |

Great thread Foxy. For me I mostly want to find a balance in life work and running. I've entered a few events: Jordan Ultra - April The Berkeley Marathons (UK) - September Escape from Meridian - November I think I am doing Endure 24 Leeds - in June Running - I was trying for a stretch target of 1500miles this year but I wont make it, so I may try again next year. Walking - 600 No aims to get faster, focusing on stronger. |

Oh forgot I have entered to do a section of the King Charles III Coastal Challenge, which is a 30mile stretch of the coastline with Albion Running.

How’s everyone getting on ? I have to confess after a cracking January the wheels fell off. I was ill for 3 or 4 days then ran 3 days & picked up a minor injury which stopped me for a week & just haven’t really got going again & I kind of need to as I have the London marathon in 4 weeks & have about 80 miles on Feb & Mar. On the plus side I have got my bike out & have enjoyed that as a change. |

Hello Foxy 👋 I'd forgotten about this. My targets, set in December 23, were.... Run 1,500 miles Having the calf injury in January means I revised my run target to 1,200 miles but the rest of the targets are still ones I'm working towards. |

Keep going Ness I haven’t yet considered revising my targets & still optimistic an improvement in weather will help my mood & motivate me. |
