I made the extremely risky decision to have coffee in the garden centre cafe after my exercise class this morning. Lots of cheesy Christmas music on the playlist but I got away with it. Thankfully the challenge is not Shakin’ Stevensageddon.

I wonder if Dr Jenny Harries was referring to Whamageddon when she advised against unnecessary socialising this Xmas.

Still in here, a run, on my own, in the rain has to be a very low risk activity.
