I had such a fabulous weekend :-). The enforced changes on my shift meant I missed a few of the people I wanted to see through KLL, but I did get to see Lintie finish around breakfast time on Sunday which for some reason coincided with my eyes being invaded by midges. (It must have been midges, I don't know what else would have caused them to water quite so much).

Staying up until 4am this morning may not have been my wisest decision however. But pah, who needs wisdom? I have poacher instead.

Everyone all still alive? How is the recovery going? My legs are about 70% back to normal but my hip and knee joints are creeeeking and I have a big knot in my calf that needs a massage to fix.

Top bloggage Mrs Kynon. I did spin bike, foam roller , some weights and a gentle swim tonight. Some remaining foot mash, some ankle pain but less than after G24. :-) G

Ditto sants, thought I might pop out at weekend, but don't think I'll bother til next week. Bit of gym and swim is all for next few days. My feet still have bits that are healing, but mostly better. :-) G
