Sure is Duchess! Are you still planning on running whw race in the future? Was just wondering about it. Are you running much at the moment?

Hope everyone has a great weekend on the way.

:-) santa

I did 18 hilly, trail miles with 5 ladies and 3 dogs. It was a great day here too. I'm hoping to climb another hill with the family tomorrow and my usual Sunday night run. Taking it easy!

Thanks santa, it was good training but I must confess the hill was a Graham not a Munro so it was only about 2,400 feet. I'm not sure Magnus is ready for a Munro but he's getting really good at the smaller hills.

How awesome was the training weekend? Sorry I couldn't join in with some of the social after (had some family stuff to do). Santa, you were flying. You must have finished like 1-2 hours before me! :-) G

I had a cracking run, ran every step across and back Rannoch moor with no stopping except to hug Colin knox and answer my phone to bloody Evans cycle shop

Was pretty stiff on Monday and canned my gym class in favour of some TLC, but fine again to run by Tues. Hoping to get a few hilly miles in tonight at club. Enjoying taper time generally now though.

As asked by others on FB, what does everyone's taper look like then? I saw a few saying they'd be doing more swim and gym, others saying some shorter races as prep, still others doing just reduced miles.

My big problem is I need to do reduced eating, but that's probably not going to happen! :-) G

Oh and well done Mrs S and Magnus too. Good effort ticking off the Corbetts. :-) G
