'likes ' the duchess's comment. coca , go for a survival bag . couple quid fro tiso ,weight very little and fold flat . mine stays in my backpack behind the bladder at all times . god forbid you'd need one but so much better if you do .

I'm with flip on space blanket. Had to deploy mine for others, twice. Never needed it for myself. A twisted ankle at 10 miles from nowhere and you can lose body temp very rapidly. Enjoy WHW run Boab!
