The final meeting of the sweep team is tonight and I am EXCITED. I'm curating lists and planning fuel shopping - can't wait to see everyone at Milngavie and FW, but NOT on the course as you'll all be doing far too well to be hanging out with me!

Good luck everyone, I will be out on the course from Bridge of Orchy to the end, unless our runner is super quick, so will give you all big shouts and whatever else you ask for

Last meeting for team Wee Rhino last night and all is well. Slightly dodgy knee but I've told her to man-up ;-). Can't wait to see everyone, I'll be at registration, Drymen, Balmaha then snoozing. Running/walking from Glencoe to Lundavra. Have a great race everyone!

We're excited to for the epic weekend with buddies :). So wish we were fit enough to race but next year for sure! We did a run from devil's staircase to fort bill last weekend in glorious hot wind sunshine and the trail was dusty and dry, walkers were all happy, no midgies at all in Kinlochleven and the pint there was cold and heavenly. We're reverse sweeping sections on foot or mtb and meeting up with redwinrunner and their team then shooting back up the route and heading down another section. Looking forward to another different perspective of the race.
