Will keep watching the thread, although (as I've explained to some of you nice folks already), I'm skipping 2013. In whwr terms, that is - that wasn't a weird POSE-style comment. Although barefoot running can lead to skipping, or so I hear. But have gone for the Glenmore 24, and the Fling too. And some crazy adventure called the Scottish Island Peaks Race scottishislandspeaksrace.com Maybe a few more in the pipeline. And have signed up for registration duties (since I have other things on for the rest of the whwr weekend) so will be looking out for everyone there. Better go and find a cowbell for the start through the precinct at 1am.

flip Dec 2012 9:20am, 16 Dec 2012 5,213 posts	0 flip I can't quite remember when it was but I once saw someone asking for crew for that race , really just runners. he was a good sailor , was providing the boat (obviously ) and. paying all expenses. life got in the way of taking it up but I guess he wasn't waiting to long for an answer.
