Aaaargh - shit happens!
Spose it was inevitable. After 3 weeks of lots of travelling, different locations and different hotels, on expenses so lots of free food and booze, I appear to have put on a few pounds
Whilst I still managed some reasonable training, in places I wouldn't normally run, too much over-indulgence has made some impact.
Well, the 9-miles this morning should help a little

Just did the Forest of Dean Christmas Forest 5, very scenic with a hard climb to finish, gave Roger of Run and Become a lift
