OK ... good. I've been rushed off my feet workwise and only just realised it's THE marathon this weekend. Even my husband said "we've been talking about the marathon in class today". "What marathon?" I asked. He just looked at me ...

Greetings all. Will now be a supporter, and will prob be at Fetchpoint about 10ish, with Houblon, to support all running Fetchies... Bringing jelly babies.... Can't believe it's tomorrow- well excited. Go Fetchies!!!

Speedy - I'm making some 'raw' brownies this afternoon, so hopefully you will be able to eat some of those, they're gluten and dairy free As they are mostly made of dates and nuts, I thought some of the runners might appreciate their energy-giving properties when they get to 22 miles!

Awesome!
Since many people will bring jelly babies I might bring crisps instead. Personally I've never wanted to eat anything at all during a marathon, but afterwards I always get savoury cravings, so someone struggling may appreciate. Also about to go out and buy a bottle of coke and take the lid off it. I gather that flat coke is appreciated by the triathletes among us.
