I’ve only just got round to checking the map (work got a bit manic after I signed up) - it’s great :-). I’m trying to work out how many miles I need to do before I get to a bit of the WCP that I’ve walked myself.

I’ve got a long way to go to get to the bits I know - Pembrokeshire, Cardigian and evening more so for Anglesey!

I had a plan to do my walk or run before work each day. But today it was raining so hard I didn't go out for my walk. It's still raining now but according to the forecast should stop by mid afternoon - but I have a tree surgeon coming round at some point so need to be in for that.

My plan is basically keep to the minimum distance to complete in 12 months - which means 17 miles a week - by the end of today I should be at 9.7 miles - luckily I'm already at 9.08 - so I can actually safely have the day off and easily catch it up with a run tomorrow.

I can see how people get totally consumed by virtual challenges :-)

I've walked a fair bit of it between Redwick and Ogmore, then small sections between there and Rhossili. Haven't done that much around Pembrokeshire - a small section from Amroth to Saundersfoot, then bits from Broad Haven to Whitesands Bay, then a big gap until you get to Harlech. Have done various sections in North Wales, but never been to Anglesey.

I think when we are allowed to travel further afield (we're still under a 5 mile limit here in Wales), I'd like to go and explore some of the sections I haven't done yet in real life :-)

I'd love to see it in real life but living in Bedford any bit of coast is a long way for me. I really hope to see some coast this year but it'll probably be Northumberland because when we are allowed to travel and stay away from home (and feel safe to do so) we'll have to prioritise visiting hubby's family.

I went to Bangor Uni which is why I know Anglesey. We didn't do much walking of coastal paths though - more kayaking off shore of the coastal path!

I don't suppose if I sign up now they'll let me submit runs/walks I've done since the start date? I guess I should probably ask them directly rather than you guys. No matter, if not, it's only a couple of days difference, I didn't do all that much in them anyway.
