I’m not running at all at the moment so there are no runs recorded on my challenge thingy. It’s all a bit strange! Hopefully they’ll sort it by the end of the week and at least it’s All logged on here!

What am I doing wrong? I have a Garmin 235. I record walks as Activity, then update it to walk when it loads to Garmin Connect. There isn't an option on the Garmin to log a walk, just an activity. I thought that is what they said to do in the email. So why aren't my walks being recognised?
My email was returned as undelivered. Need to search for a way to contact them. I'm on the verge of throwing in the towel!

Finished today (Marathon distance) I think it has all logged but as I never paid for medal or shirt guess it does not really matter to me.

I only have a Garmin 35 but it lets me record a walk, run outdoors, run indoor, bike or cardio.

Alice, there are several people on the FB page with very similar woes and the RTTS people have reassured them that it should be sorted overnight.

Sounds like the 235 not showing activity as something they recognise is the problem then. I’m got a 35 and set it to record a walk, which they can recognise. It’ll be ok Alice, I’m sure they’ll sort it out. Keep going!

I have a Garmin 735 and need to record as a hike to make it count as a walk here. My hike today counted toward the RTTS total. I should delete the walk profile from mine, it’s pointless.
