I haven't been veggie for long, but having done quite a bit of research, vegan is the way for me to go - for many reasons. I'm in the process of experimenting with cooking and making my own staples. The vegan butter I made the other day was amazing. I'm eating far healthier than ever before and loving it Too early to say what an impact it has had on my running, but fingers crossed.

I feel physically healthier, nd gave adopted a much more wfpb way of eating which gas benefitted me greatly.

Animal Aid has the Great Vegan Challenge coming up in November and it would be worth signing up for that, even if you are already transitioning, as you get lots of help and information. govegan.org.uk
