Morning all Recovery has gone well from the weekend but a blog is still needed. Still disappointed with Saturday but happy with Sunday however I need to be able to write about it logically. Drive to the office in Newbury via the gym in Swindon, morning of meetings before a run then then more meetings then detour drive via Karate before getting home around 2230 tonight Keep life simple :¬) |
