There is rinsing, and then air drying inside out. Once dry, folded up and put in it's bag for next time. This is the same procedure as the last two wetsuits so I am stumped. Tis a huub, they were zone 3. Yep it is just like rubber after a decade of use. Maybe I dried it in one of the heatwaves we've been having!

Another hot and sunny day in the low country.
I've got next week off work while Sam goes to 'murica, so I've bought a two week 'trial membership' of the local David Lloyd, so I plan to swim and loaf around in their spa facilities pretty much every day.
I already know I will NOT be upgrading to the actual membership, even though it's slightly less horribly expensive than I thought. All the fancy facilities aren't enough to tempt me away from the giant orange bargain box that has locations everywhere and 24/7 access.

Morning all
I am beginning to forget what the gym looks like, something had to give and I cant find the time. I can't cancel though as I have a really good deal and I may need it.
Why I don't have time is I'd rather ride my MTB or run and so have been out on the bike this morning :¬)

Started going to the Gym for the first time just over 3 years ago, and absolutely have loved it. Wish (like running the majority of my runs at an 'easy' pace) I'd discovered it earlier. Running doesn't improve your core, but Gym improves your core which in turn improves your running. Other opinions available.

PDP.
Didn't bring swim kit to fancy club because I thought a friend of ours was coming to stay tonight and I'd need to get home quickly.
Turns out his newly purchased old car isn't cooperating and he's still at his brother's house in Horsham 🙄
But I'm wearing acceptable LTUAPTDA clothing and had my gym shoes in my bag for the walk around, so I'm going to do that, at least.
Fancy club is disappointing, definitely not worth 3 times what I spend on Basic Fit.
The pool is only 20m, and they keep it at 28° 🥵
No jacuzzi, and only very tiny sauna and steam room.
But I'll see if their yoga lessons are any good next week, at least.

Good lass Linds.
Rae, I hate overwarm pools. A sop to the complete non-swimmers.
Anyway, GEDS, IBS. I've also done some cycling, since running is unwise with my niggly achilles.
