GregP 30 Jul 3:48pm, 30 Jul 2024 152,639 posts	0 GregP I never understood Newbury. Chelmsford wants to be Cambridge - it’s an easy commute from London, it’s flat, it’s overrun with students, and the property prices can make your eyes bleed. Newbury, from my limited experience, wants to be Swindon.
