I may be youthful and robust compared to other very nearly 39 year olds, but compared to the mostly 16-25 year olds and handful of 26-30 year olds in the rest of the team I'm exceptionally decrepit. Also autistic, so it takes me a bit longer to get the hang of gross motor movements, and I find sudden pain kinda overwhelming (but I'm almost immune to gradually developing pain, like putting a frog in hot water versus putting in child water and gradually heating it). And I didn't even start playing until I was already older than all of my current teammates.
It's not a super promising combo for rugby excellence, but I think I'm doing pretty well given it all, and may have the potential to do even better.

The best 3 players in Mini Nico's team are all older than you Raemondo. Plenty of time yet. You're a long time retired in any sport, keep on hooking!

From what we've been reading you've been doing great, Raemondo.

Disagree with Nico, unusually.
You’re not a long time retired in tennis. I retire two or three times a year.
